Base Model Image / Standard Output
An image output generated by APImage's standard AI model without premium enhancements or additional stylistic processing.
Premium Image / Enhanced Output
Image outputs generated using advanced, high-resolution, or stylistic AI models that typically consume more AI Credits due to increased computational complexity or quality levels.
Background Removal / AI Feature
A specialized AI-powered feature that automatically detects and removes the background from uploaded images, delivering transparent or altered-background results.
Image-to-Text Analysis / AI Processing
Includes any AI-based processing related to extracting or generating descriptive textual content from images, such as optical character recognition (OCR), caption generation, or semantic image analysis.
LemonSqueezy / Payment Processor
The third-party billing and payment processor acting as the Merchant of Record (MoR) for APImage's financial transactions, responsible for handling payments, invoicing, tax compliance, and refunds.
APImage / we, us, our

§6 AI Credits and Consumption

APImage operates on a credit-based system where different operations consume varying numbers of credits based on computational resources required. Credits are the virtual currency used to access and utilize our AI image processing services.
Credit Consumption
• Credits are consumed per operation based on complexity
• Higher resolution or more complex operations consume more credits
• Credit costs are stated on the pricing page.
Credit Balance
• Credits are deducted from your balance upon operation completion
• Check your remaining credits in your account dashboard
• Credits included in a subscription are valid only for the current billing cycle and do not roll over. Unused credits will expire at the end of each cycle (e.g., monthly).
• Individually purchased credits expire 12 months from the date of purchase or upon account deletion, whichever occurs first. All credit purchases are non-refundable.

Purchased Credits
Additional credits purchased separately from a subscription expire 12 months from the date of purchase and are non-refundable and non-transferable.
