How do I cancel my subscription?
Open Dashboard → Billing and click Cancel subscription. Your access continues until the end of the billing period.
How do I change plan or update my card?
Open Dashboard → Billing. Change plan there, or click Manage Billing to update your payment method and download invoices.
Do I lose credits when a generation fails?
No. If a generation fails, the credits it reserved are refunded automatically.
How do I reset my password?
On the login page, click Forgot password and follow the link in the email to set a new one.
Can I share my plan with my team?
Yes, on the Team and Scale plans: invite people to your workspace and everyone draws from the same credits. Only owners and admins can manage billing.
How do I get an API key?
Every plan includes the API, the free one too. Create a key under Dashboard → API keys, then follow the first call in the docs.
Can I use APImage from Claude or ChatGPT?
Yes. Connect the MCP server and create images and videos straight from the chat. The MCP docs have the steps for each app.
My images or videos aren't loading
Refresh the page and clear your browser cache. If they still don't load, email us with the time and what you were making.
Can I use what I make commercially?
Yes, on paid plans. Free-plan images are watermarked.
